ผมแตกปลายเยอะมาก ทำยังไงให้มันลดลง⁉️

... อ่านเพิ่มเติมผมแตกปลายเกิดจากหลายสาเหตุที่เราอาจไม่ทันรู้ตัว เช่น การใช้ความร้อนจากไดร์เป่าผมหรือที่หนีบผมบ่อยเกินไป การรักษาความชุ่มชื้นของเส้นผมไม่ดีพอ และการขาดสารอาหารที่จำเป็นต่อผม จากประสบการณ์ของผมเอง ผมพบว่าเมื่อหมั่นทานอาหารที่มีวิตามินบี วิตามินอี รวมถึงโปรตีน จะช่วยให้ผมแข็งแรงขึ้นมาก และการใช้น้ำมันบำรุงผมอย่างอาร์แกนออยล์หรือน้ำมันมะพร้าวช่วยลดผมแตกปลายได้ดี นอกจากนี้ การตัดผมปลายเสียเป็นประจำทุกๆ 6-8 สัปดาห์ก็ช่วยชะลอปัญหานี้ได้ เพราะผมที่เสียแล้วจะไม่สามารถฟื้นคืนได้ การเลือกใช้แชมพูและครีมนวดที่อ่อนโยน ไม่มีซัลเฟต และเน้นสารบำรุงล้ำลึกก็เป็นสิ่งสำคัญ สุดท้ายนี้ ลองหลีกเลี่ยงการเปลี่ยนสีผมหรือยืดผมบ่อยเกินไป และหากจำเป็นควรให้ช่างมืออาชีพทำเพื่อป้องกันความเสียหาย การดูแลเส้นผมอย่างสม่ำเสมอ จะช่วยลดผมแตกปลายและทำให้ผมดูสุขภาพดีอย่างเป็นธรรมชาติครับ
