Eligibility of Registered Persons Thailand Help Thailand Plus (60 / 40)
1. Be a Thai national
2. Age of 18 years or more at the date of registration
3. With ID card
4. Not those who have been suspended or refunded in government projects include (1) half projects, (2) half projects, (3) half projects, (4) half projects, (4) half projects, (5) half projects, (5) half projects, and (6) half projects.
5. Not a State Welfare Card holder according to the database of the Ministry of Finance as at 18 May 2026.

จากประสบการณ์การลงทะเบียนไทยช่วยไทยพลัส ผมพบว่าแอปฯ เป๋าตังใช้งานง่ายและสะดวกรวดเร็วมาก ขั้นตอนการกรอกข้อมูลมีแค่ไม่กี่ส่วน ทำให้คนทั่วไปที่มีสมาร์ทโฟนน่าจะสามารถเข้าถึงสิทธิ์นี้ได้ไม่ยาก อย่างไรก็ตาม สิ่งที่ควรระวังคือการตรวจสอบคุณสมบัติเบื้องต้นก่อนลงทะเบียน เช่น การมีบัตรประชาชนและไม่มีสถานะเป็นผู้ถือบัตรสวัสดิการแห่งรัฐ รวมไปถึงการไม่เคยถูกระงับสิทธิ์ในโครงการรัฐอื่นๆ เช่น คนละครึ่ง และคนละครึ่งพลัส ซึ่งถ้าหลุดเงื่อนไขนี้อาจทำให้ระบบไม่ยอมรับคำขอได้ ในส่วนของคนที่ไม่มีสมาร์ทโฟนนั้น อาจจะต้องพึ่งพาการช่วยเหลือจากญาติหรือเจ้าหน้าที่ชุมชน เนื่องจากผู้ที่อยู่ในกลุ่มนี้ส่วนใหญ่เป็นกลุ่มที่ได้รับสิทธิจากบัตรสวัสดิการอยู่แล้ว และจะไม่ได้รับสิทธิโครงการไทยช่วยไทยพลัสซ้อนกัน อีกทั้งยอดเงินที่ได้รับจากบัตรสวัสดิการมีมูลค่ารวมที่น่าสนใจในระดับหนึ่ง หลังจากรับสิทธิ์แล้ว อย่าลืมเช็กระยะเวลาการใช้สิทธิ์ให้ดี เพราะระบบจะกำหนดให้เริ่มใช้ตั้งแต่เดือนมิถุนายน 2569 ซึ่งถ้าไม่ใช้สิทธิภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด อาจสูญเสียสิทธิ์ได้ สำหรับผู้ที่สงสัยหรือพบปัญหาในการลงทะเบียน ผมแนะนำให้ลองสอบถามที่ศูนย์บริการรัฐหรือใช้ช่องทางออนไลน์ของกระทรวงการคลัง เพราะจะมีเจ้าหน้าที่ให้คำแนะนำและช่วยแก้ไขปัญหาอย่างตรงจุด โดยรวมแล้วโครงการไทยช่วยไทยพลัสช่วยผ่อนคลายภาระค่าใช้จ่ายในชีวิตประจำวันได้ดี โดยเฉพาะในช่วงเวลาที่เศรษฐกิจยังฟื้นตัวไม่เต็มที่ สิ่งสำคัญคือการเตรียมตัวและตรวจสอบคุณสมบัติก่อนลงทะเบียนเพื่อป้องกันการสูญเสียสิทธิ์ โดยเฉพาะกลุ่มผู้สูงอายุที่อาจต้องการความช่วยเหลือในการใช้เทคโนโลยี
