"Smoke loses cars."

The types of "car smoke" in different colors, which is a very good warning sign for the health of the engine, I would like to explain in more detail each color to make it clearer:

1.White Smoke

It is divided into two main cases:

• Start a new car (when the machine is cold): Usually caused by steam suspended in the exhaust pipe being heated, which is normal (usually fades by itself when the machine is hot)

• Thick and continuous white smoke: This is dangerous, usually caused by Coolant leaking into the combustion chamber, possibly due to a broken cylinder gasket or a deflection cylinder, making the engine easily overheat.

2. Blue Smoke

It is a sign that the engine is burning oil:

• Most causes are caused by loose engines, such as worn piston rings, or degraded valve seals, causing motor oil to escape into the combustion chamber.

• Effects: The oil level will drop quickly. If left, the machine may collapse.

3. Black Smoke

Means incomplete combustion due to excessive fuel (Rich Mixture):

• Usually in diesel or petrol cars where the fuel supply system has problems, such as clogged / stale nozzles or blocked air filters until the air is not enough.

• Effects: The car will consume more oil, the engine will not walk smoothly and create high pollution.

4. Grey Smoke

This color is quite complicated and difficult to analyze, because it can be caused by many factors:

• Burning problem: Similar to black smoke but more sparse

• Gear oil leak: In some automatic transmission cars, if the gear oil is sucked in, it burns, there will be dull gray smoke.

• PCV Valve system malfunction: The engine compartment pressure relief system has problems.

5.Colorless Smoke / Colorless Smoke

• Normal conditions: This is a sign that your engine is in excellent health.

• The absence of color indicates that the engine has a reasonable proportion of air and fuel mixture, combustion is exhausted, and no other fluid (engine oil / coolant) is emanating.

Additional recommendations:

If your car starts to have colored smoke (except for some white smoke in the morning), it is recommended to bring the car to the garage or service center immediately to prevent small problems from escalating until they need to be repaired.
