However, the big reveal that Toga had been impersonating her for a good chunk of that arc really changed everything. It made me re-evaluate what I thought I knew about Camie. Once the real Camie Utsushimi was introduced, her personality took on new dimensions. While she still maintained her stylish flair and a certain level of confidence, we got to see a much more genuine and observant side to her. It turns out, that whole 'ditzy' persona was mostly Toga's interpretation, mixed with Camie's actual appreciation for aesthetics.
