You must try this crispy Stuffed Chicken Drumstick

🍗 Crispy Stuffed Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients

- 6 chicken drumsticks (deboned)

- 1 potato (cut into thick sticks)

- 150 ml milk

- 1 tbsp chili powder

- 1 tbsp oyster sauce

- 2 tbsp soy sauce

- Salt & pepper

- 1 egg (beaten)

- Coating flour/frying mix

- Paprika & parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

- Marinate deboned drumsticks with milk, chili powder, oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt & pepper for 1 hour.

- Boil potato sticks until half-cooked.

- Insert potato stick into each drumstick.

- Dip in egg, coat with flour, rest 5 mins.

- Spray oil and bake/air fry at 185°C (365°F) for 25 mins.

- Garnish with paprika & parsley.
