🧩 STEP 1: Prepare the picture first.
• Recommended to delete the background first
• Or jen picture / shoot at white background will work very easy
📌 Reason:
White background = Keep the seam smoother. No headaches later.
🧩 STEP 2: Pattern layout
• Open canvas size 3000 × 3000 px
• Posing each character separately
• ❌ Don't be too close.
• Select the spacing + favorite background color
🧩 STEP 3: Made Seamless in Photopea
Go to the menu
👉 Filter > Other > Offset
• Enter horizontal / vertical values
• No need to put exactly half
• Scroll until the "seam appears" and keep it smooth
📌 Trick:
Move a little but see the seam = fine
🧩 STEP 4: Keep the seam
• Use Eraser / Clone / Brush
• Keep only collision points
• Don't solve the whole picture. Just solve the "extension line."
🧩 STEP 5: Repeat Trial (Very Important!)
• Try Duplicate Image

• If you don't see a line = through ✅

ถ้าพูดถึง “seamless pattern” หลายคนจะนึกว่ายาก ต้องคำนวณครึ่งพิกเซลเป๊ะ ๆ แต่จริง ๆ แล้วสำหรับมือใหม่ เราโฟกัสที่ “ผลลัพธ์ตอนเอาไปต่อซ้ำ” เป็นหลักก็พอค่ะ ขอแค่รอยต่อหาย เวลาเอาไปทำกระดาษห่อของขวัญ/ถุง/กล่อง ก็จะดูโปรขึ้นทันที ต่อไปนี้เป็นทริคเสริมที่เราชอบใช้เวลาอยากให้ลายเนียนขึ้นใน Photopea (และช่วยลดปัญหาที่คนมักพลาดตอนทำ seamless): 1) ตั้งค่าผ้าใบและพื้นหลังให้คิดเผื่อการต่อซ้ำ - ขนาด 3000x3000 px ใช้ได้ดีมากสำหรับงานพิมพ์/ทำ mockup - ถ้าลายเป็นตัวคาแรคเตอร์ (เช่นตัวเอเลี่ยนสีเขียวอ่อน) ลองเลือกพื้นหลังโทนอ่อนหรือขาวก่อน จะเห็นรอยต่อชัดและเก็บงานง่าย - เว้น “ขอบหายใจ” รอบ ๆ ภาพ อย่าวางชิดขอบตั้งแต่แรก เพราะพอ Offset แล้วจะชนกันง่ายและแก้ยาก 2) วิธีวางองค์ประกอบให้ลายดูไม่ซ้ำทื่อ ๆ - หมุน/ย่อ/ขยายตัวละครเล็กน้อย (เช่น 90%, 105%) เพื่อให้แพทเทิร์นดูเป็นธรรมชาติ - สลับทิศทาง (หันซ้าย-ขวา) บางตัว เพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงการเรียงเป็นแถว - เว้นช่องไฟไม่ให้ถี่เท่ากันทุกจุด ลายจะดู “กระจาย” สวยกว่าเวลาต่อซ้ำ 3) ใช้ Offset ให้ถูกจังหวะ แล้วเก็บเฉพาะ “เส้นต่อ” - ไปที่ Filter > Other > Offset แล้วเลื่อนจนรอยต่อมาอยู่กลางภาพ (ไม่จำเป็นต้องครึ่งเป๊ะตามที่โพสต์หลักบอกเลย) - จุดสำคัญคืออย่าเผลอรีทัชทั้งภาพ: เก็บเฉพาะแนวเส้นที่เห็นว่าชน/ขาด เช่นใช้ Clone Stamp, Brush หรือยางลบแบบขอบนุ่ม - ถ้าพื้นหลังเป็นสีเรียบ ให้ทำเลเยอร์พื้นหลังแยกไว้ จะเก็บรอยต่อเร็วมาก (ระบายทับสีเดียวกันได้เลย) 4) เช็ก seamless แบบเร็ว ๆ ก่อนส่งงาน - วิธีง่ายสุด: Duplicate เลเยอร์ทั้งภาพแล้ววางเรียง 2x2 ดูเลยว่ามีเส้นกากบาท/เส้นตัดไหม - หรือใช้เว็บ Seamless Texture Checker เพื่อดูการต่อซ้ำหลาย ๆ รอบ บางทีรอยต่อเล็ก ๆ จะโผล่เมื่อซูมออก 5) เซฟไฟล์แบบไหนถึงเหมาะ - PNG: เหมาะกับลายที่ต้องการความคม/สีไม่เพี้ยน และใช้ทำ mockup บ่อย ๆ - JPG: ไฟล์เล็ก แชร์ง่าย แต่ถ้าบีบอัดมากอาจเห็นรอยแตก/นอยส์ตามรอยต่อได้ - แนะนำให้เก็บไฟล์ต้นฉบับเป็น PSD (Photopea) เผื่อกลับมาแก้ระยะห่างหรือเปลี่ยนพื้นหลังภายหลัง ทำตามนี้แล้วค่อยเอา seamless pattern ไปลองวางบนกล่องของขวัญหรือถุง จะเห็นเลยว่าลายที่เนียนช่วยให้ชิ้นงานดูแพงขึ้นมากค่ะ
