How to fill in taxes:
1. Go to Contributor Account > Tax Information
2.Select Form W-8BEN (for natural persons)
3. Points to be emphasized:
• Clauses 1-3: Fill in the English name-address to match the ID card.
• Article 6 (Foreign Tax ID): Enter our "13-digit ID card number."
• Article 10 (Tax Reduction Point): Enter the number 12 (2) in the Article box and specify the 5% rate for royalties.
