I wish to be happy someday🖤😔
Life often feels like it moves faster than we can keep up with, and experiencing a sudden shift can be incredibly disorienting and painful. I've been through moments where I felt tossed into a new phase of life so quickly that it seemed surreal — like a dream from which I couldn’t fully wake. These phases can leave you feeling lost, scared, and broken, wondering if happiness is ever within reach again. One thing I've learned through my own journey is that these emotions, while heavy, are a natural response to significant change. Feeling sad or nostalgic about the past doesn't mean you're weak - it means you’re human. I found it helpful to embrace these feelings rather than suppress them, allowing myself to grieve the loss of stability while still looking forward. During these times, I sought small ways to regain control and peace, such as journaling my thoughts, listening to music that expressed what I couldn’t say aloud, and reaching out to friends who understood. It’s important to remember that healing isn’t linear; some days feel better, others worse, but progress often happens in subtle, unseen ways. If you find yourself caught in similar emotions, know that you aren’t alone. It’s okay to ask for help and to take things one step at a time. Life’s fast pace can feel overwhelming, but with patience and self-compassion, the possibility of happiness isn’t lost — it’s just on a different horizon. Keep holding on to that hope, even when it feels distant.
