"Middle Way"

🛞 Map 8 is the "Middle Way."

It is a way to extinguish the suffering that the Buddha taught to act in order to reach Nirvana, with each "One" being like a "wheel of the Dharma" that makes life spin firmly.

🧘‍♀️ The 8 (read clockwise in the picture)

1. Right View

→ Agree, understand life according to truth, such as seeing that suffering is real, and there is a way to extinguish suffering.

2. Right Intention

→ Think like, have charitable intentions, do not think bad, do not press, do not stick

3. Right Speech

→ Say like, don't lie, don't be sneaky, don't talk rude, don't talk delirious

4. Right Action

→ Do like, such as not killing animals, not burglary, not engaging in erotic misconduct

5. Right Livelihood

→ Make a living like not to make an immoral career or encroach on others.

6. Right Effort

→ Perseverance to try to stop sin and make good happen

7. Right Mindfulness

→ Conscious, always conscious, not lost, not unconscious

8. Right Concentration

→ Concentrate, steadfast, stable, not distracted

🧭 How is it used in real life?

When confused, distracted, unthinkable, try to ask yourself if we are thinking, talking, doing, or living a "like" lifestyle according to one of the 8 episodes.

You don't have to do it at the same time. Only 8 will calm your mind.
