Or just run out of excitement.
The day I didn't burn out...Just looking for the meaning of life again.
At one point I looked at life like the person in this picture.
Look up. It's like you're waiting for an answer.
Although everything around is still the same
I'm still awake to work, still doing my job, still living a normal life.
But deep down, it feels like something is disappearing.
Not competence. Not responsibility.
But it's the excitement that used to be there.
Things that were done and happy. Things that were done and felt powerful turned out to be just things that had to pass each day.
I used to think I was running out of Passion.
But in retrospect, it may not be.
Maybe I'm just tired.
Tired of trying to be strong, tired of expecting, tired of running goals without ever stopping to ask ourselves, "Do we still want to go this way?"
Back then, I believed that passion must constantly blaze.
But today I understand that.
Humans don't need fire every day.
Some days we just need some rest time; need some quiet space and need a chance to come back and listen to our own hearts again.
Because the internal drive didn't go away.
It's probably just recuperating.
And the commitment was never lost.
It may be waiting for the day we come back to value ourselves again.
If today you feel completely out of your mind or you don't see the meaning of what you do,
Don't rush to judge yourself.
The flowers don't bloom every season.
But on the quietest day, it always grows. 🌼
ในช่วงเวลาหนึ่งของชีวิต หลายคนอาจเคยรู้สึกเหมือนว่าความตื่นเต้นและความหลงใหลในสิ่งต่างๆ เริ่มจางหายไป แม้จะยังคงทำงานและใช้ชีวิตตามปกติ แต่ภายในกลับรู้สึกเหนื่อยล้าและแสวงหาบางสิ่งที่เติมเต็มใจเราได้มากขึ้น จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัว ฉันพบว่าการรู้สึกหมดไฟหรือตื่นเต้นน้อยลงไม่ได้หมายความว่าเราล้มเหลวหรือต้องเปลี่ยนเส้นทางชีวิตทันที แต่อาจเป็นสัญญาณว่าร่างกายและจิตใจต้องการเวลาพักผ่อนและทำความเข้าใจกับตัวเองมากขึ้น สิ่งสำคัญคืออย่าเพิ่งตัดสินตัวเองด้วยความเร่งรีบ ให้ลองตั้งคำถามกับตัวเองว่า "ฉันยังอยากไปทางนี้อยู่ไหม?" หรือ "อะไรในชีวิตทำให้ฉันรู้สึกมีความสุขจริงๆ?" การค้นหาคำตอบเหล่านี้ช่วยให้เราได้รับรู้ความรู้สึกที่แท้จริงและสามารถปรับเปลี่ยนเป้าหมายอย่างมีสติ นอกจากนี้ การสร้างพื้นที่เงียบสงบให้กับตัวเอง เช่น การเดินเล่นในธรรมชาติ การทำสมาธิ หรือแม้แต่การอ่านหนังสือที่ชื่นชอบ ล้วนเป็นวิธีที่ช่วยฟื้นฟูแรงบันดาลใจและป้องกันความเหนื่อยล้าทางจิตใจได้ดี สิ่งที่ฉันเรียนรู้คือความหลงใหลไม่จำเป็นต้องลุกโชนในทุกวัน บางครั้งมันก็เหมือนกับดอกไม้ที่ไม่ได้บานทุกฤดู แต่มันก็ยังเติบโตและพร้อมจะเบ่งบานอีกครั้งเมื่อถึงเวลาที่เหมาะสม การยอมรับจังหวะของชีวิตและให้โอกาสตัวเองในการพักฟื้นเป็นสิ่งที่สำคัญมาก เพราะแรงขับภายในไม่ได้หายไปไหน มันแค่กำลังรอวันที่เราจะพร้อมกลับมาเห็นคุณค่าของตัวเองอย่างแท้จริงเท่านั้น
