Started back restocking my tea
Krogers: I get them when they have a sale lol.
I usually order my single ingredient teas off esty and get my blends from grocery store. Yes, i do feel the effects of my tea when mixed with these blends. Usually steady energy and focus with a relaxed feeling.
Some of the effects is the caffeine but a tea like Lemon Balm and Kava really cam relax you. They both caffeine free.
I have tea about 5x a week. I usually do a pitcher and mix them together. Be sure to pay attention to caffeine lvl for the teas that you mix.
