Which is best for you?
🛑This is just my experience. I have dry, itchy skin. So, I have to experiment around to find combinations that work for me.
🎫Hydration, healthy fats, and protein intake( at least 60 grams) are important for skin care as well.
💭Lotion, in general, is not thick or greasy is body creme. Normally, it doesn't as long. There are many different lotions. So lotions can fall into the category of a body creme.
💨Body Creme is usually thick. A little bit of it goes a long way. Body creme helps out with my dry skin. Skin stays hydrated longer.
👉If a product has *mineral oil* within it few ingredients, then save that product towards the end of the routine. Mineral oil helps seal moisture.
⛔️So if you put it on first, then it's possible the rest of your products don't absorb as well. This can be an issue if you are suffering from dry skin. Oil in general should be used last in your routine.
💢There are also moisturizing oils and sealing oils. If a product contains sealing oil, then it may be best to save it for last in your routine.
🎁Body cremes work the best for me. I prefer Shea Moisture body creams. Shea Butter is a popular ingredient for moisturizing products. Plus, I recognize most of the ingredients.
👟 I prefer using body moisturizers only during the summer months. It goes well with sunscreen. Plus, it's not as heavy as lotions and cremes.
💬Healing Oinment helps my lips n feet.I use it last or next to last because it also helps seal moisture.
