Well recently she brought them to ULTA, while promoting her hair care line and Cowboy 🤠 Carter tour.
I had a discount and rewards so I jumped right on the bandwagon and grabbed me a full size Ce Lumiere perfume.
What you see here is the travel they came free 🆓 free! It’s a Whole 18ML y’all! That pretty generous but I wouldn’t expect anything less from the queen!
Now I feel like it’s only right I get CE NOIR as well which is the first release of the CE perfume line!
This fragrance to me smells like a good time! Literally it makes me feel happy and uplifting! The citrus is so alluring, while fresh and mysterious! It’s blended perfectly!

Like many of you, I've been searching for a detailed breakdown of what this fragrance truly smells like, and let me tell you, it's an experience! The initial spray immediately greets you with its vibrant Top Notes: a burst of Italian Mandarin and a subtle hint of Black Pepper. The mandarin is so bright and juicy, giving off an immediate feeling of freshness and zest, truly uplifting your spirits from the first moment. The black pepper adds a sophisticated, slightly spicy edge that keeps it from being overly sweet, creating an intriguing opening that instantly grabs your attention. As the fragrance settles, it gracefully transitions into its captivating Middle Notes, featuring Rhubarb and Jasmine Sambac. The rhubarb introduces a unique, tart, and slightly green facet that perfectly complements the luscious, creamy floral aroma of Jasmine Sambac. Jasmine Sambac, known for its opulent and intoxicating scent, truly shines here, adding a touch of elegance and a radiant glow.
