8 supergiant SUV...But beware of the torn bag when changing a new pair of "shoes"!
Honestly, I saw the setup of these eight Full-Size SUVs and couldn't hold my mouth...This collection is a cross-genic celery catch (Lexus is still an old 570, while an Escalade or X7 is a new one).
But anyway, skipping the accuracy of the model, if you're aiming or dreaming of putting yourself behind the wheel of these giant cars, one thing most reviews "never tell you" is the brutal care costs of pumping blood!
Let's think of a simple logic.
🇺🇸 American & European Lines (Escalade, Navigator, GLS, X7, Tahoe)
These are mobile mansions. The car's body weight is 2.5 - 3 tons! The power range is from the 3.0L Inline-6 Turbo to the 6.2L V8. The later surge is upholstered, but the question is...What's to bear that massive horsepower and torque?
The answer is "Wheels and Tires." These cars are often stuffed with alloy wheels or giant Forged sizes. 21-23 inches come from the factory (such as 275 / 50R22 or 285 / 45R22). Tires of this size are not something that you can change tens of thousands of money to the store in front of the alley. You need Highway Terrain (H / T) tires, premium grades that are soft and high-load. Definitely change the cork!
🇯🇵 The Unruly Samurai Line (Land Cruiser, LX, Patrol)
This is a real off-road power freak. V6 Twin-Turbo or V8 engine. Legend code. It's hard to break, but if you run it handsome in the city with 18-20 inch wheels with All-Terrain (A / T) tires, size 265 / 65R18, thick cheeks, brutal treads...You have to trade for whining on the freeway and eating fierce oil.
These cars are handsome, driven and exuberant, but the simple logic of physics is: heavy cars + strong machines = eating crazy tires!
Don't buy a car that costs millions and save money on tires, because tires are the only thing that connects your life to the street. If you can fight the fuel of a V8, you can fight tens of thousands to nearly hundreds of thousands of shoes!
