You’re not enough.
Many of us have experienced moments when we feel we are not enough—whether it’s in relationships, work, or personal goals. From my own experience, these feelings often stem from comparing ourselves to others or setting unrealistically high expectations. Learning to accept and love ourselves as we are has been transformative. One approach I found helpful was mindfulness meditation, which taught me to observe my thoughts without judgment. Instead of fighting the feeling of inadequacy, I learned to acknowledge it and focus on my strengths and achievements. Setting small, achievable goals also boosted my confidence over time. It's important to remember that feeling 'not enough' can be a sign to pause and reflect on your values and aspirations rather than a permanent state. Sharing your feelings with trusted friends or a counselor can provide support and new perspectives. Ultimately, self-acceptance is a journey—patience and self-compassion are key to moving beyond the doubt and embracing your inherent worth.
