Three things to work on to glow up in 2025! ✨🫶

Honestly, there are so many different avenues that can be taken to improve/glow up your life. More than anything I see more posts about working out, getting your protein in, drinking half your weight in water, etc. Which these are all facts and I do them myself but this post is for the girlies that need a little more than a physical glow up like myself. I have reached my goal weight and done all the pampering things before just to still feel insecure, unworthy and anxious. To still settle for less than I know I deserve!

After almost 10 years of working on myself I finally understand that nothing is more important than working on your self-concept! If you have past trauma you will have to work through it in order to be the woman you were meant to be and have the life you deserve. Until you truly understand your worth and value you will be able to manifest positive outcomes but it will be temporary because your triggers will cause you to self-sabotage and spiral. That's why I am dedicating this year to myself. To truly get to

know myself and be there for myself the way I always wanted others to be.

I am excited to be going on this new journey and to share what I learn along the way! ✨🥰💋

Self-worth is about recognizing your inherent value regardless of external validation or setbacks. This year, prioritize activities that reinforce your understanding of personal strengths, ensure you're surrounding yourself with supportive people, and establish healthy routines that nurture your mind and body. Practicing self-care regularly can enhance your self-respect. This might mean setting boundaries in relationships, learning to say no, or indulging in mindful activities like meditation or journaling. Remember, it's okay to prioritize your own needs. Along with this, embracing vulnerability is equally important; sharing your thoughts and feelings can lead to deeper connections and allow others to support you. In this journey towards a 2025 glow up, focus on growing through challenges and embracing imperfections. Each hurdle can teach invaluable lessons, shaping who you are meant to become. By committing to this introspective work, you will undoubtedly foster a more authentic and confident self, ready to shine in every aspect of life!
