The green heart of Germany

Saxon Switzerland National Park is one of Germany’s more overlooked green spaces. It is south of Dresden, on the border with the Czech Republic. And it is almost completely devoid of people. You can hike through there, and really be the only person in a shot of anybody else. Just you and the trees.
