What stood out to me was the quality of the pork belly and the smoky brisket, which paired wonderfully with their selection of sauces, including ranch and hot sauce, giving a nice balance of flavor and heat. To complement the food, I opted for the Aperol Spritz which was refreshing and light, but they also offer an excellent range of local beers like Rocky Ridge Pit Boss' Cali IPA and Rocky Ridge Draught. One tip is to come with a hearty appetite and enjoy the casual, vibrant atmosphere at the pavilion. It's a great weekend treat if you enjoy hearty, flavorful BBQ with a relaxed vibe.
