📚 Introducing science-oriented investigative fiction. ❗

🔍 I've rarely seen anyone recommend this set. Actually, it's been quite a long time (first print 2022). We've picked it up because it's a beautiful cover, which can be said to be fun to read, but very understandable to people who see it differently. Because these three books, even in the murder category, investigate, but more than half the stories have all the scientific content. When it's hard to understand, I'm starting to want to put this book first. 😞

But even though the science content is a lot, it is not too difficult to understand the puzzles that occur, including semi-science fantasy, making it difficult to understand and can read in separate volumes. But if sorted, it is more interesting because the main characters are police partners Maria Salisbury and Kujo Ren. All three volumes use a narrative method to alternate current situations, events that happened at the time of the murder, and the killer's past, allowing us to investigate the police in the story, but not guarantee to know the unsub first or confuse even more.

01: The jellyfish never freezes non-icy jellyfish.

This will talk about the test of a jelly fish blimp whose system crashed into a snowy mountain, so the testers were trapped in a semi-closed state, but in fact there was someone who manipulated the background into an unbelievable method. This book focuses mainly on chemical content, because it's about synthesizing and creating materials for building blimps.

02: The Blue Rose Never Sleeps Rose Blue Not Sleeping

Suddenly, the discovery of two blue roses, a priest and a university professor, was announced. The question of who discovered the first blue rose became the beginning of the unmasking of past cases. When it was a rose, I guess it had a mention of biology and chemistry.

03: The glass bird will never return. The glass bird does not return.

Beginning with an attempted investigation into the rare animal and plant trafficking case of the real estate king, the researchers involved were locked in a glass room and there was a murder that didn't know who the killer was. This book, because the crime scene was a glass room, had a way of using a solid room and a translucent room from a physics principle, that the room could see but didn't see the unsub.

It's a bit of fantasy, but it's a lot of fun in terms of science-based murder mysteries, and the title is called talking about the core of the story, but I want you to touch it anyway.

Because the killers from all three books have similar motives, such as love, lovers, or revenge, it may feel a little boring, combined with explaining science principles that are a little more than necessary, like the reader doesn't need to know that deeply about the equation, this is a point that I think may need to consider according to interest.
