Day 2 🌟

Today was full of conscious efforts to make better choices. Drug myself out of bed around 11 to get to the gym but at least I showed up. That vape I keep ‘misplacing’ got a couple uses today… but I can always quit tomorrow right? 😅 I’m reminding myself that change is a mountain and it doesn’t have to be an all or nothing mentality. Speaking from experience, that’s the fastest way to make yourself quit early.

For example, showing up at the gym around 11 AM, even if later than planned, is still a win. The workout routine mentioned—front to lateral raises, bicep curls, hammer curls, shoulder press, tricep extensions, and single-arm rows—targets the upper body effectively and helps build strength gradually. It's normal to have relapse moments, like using a vape occasionally. Instead of harsh judgment, embracing the mindset of 'I can quit tomorrow' helps reduce pressure but should be balanced with genuine efforts to cut back over time. This incremental approach makes change manageable and sustainable. Remember, self-discipline is a mountain to climb, not a sprint. Taking small steps daily, celebrating minor victories, and forgiving setbacks can lead to long-term success. Consistency beats intensity, and patience is key. Keep reminding yourself that progress, not perfection, is what transforms habits and builds resilience.
