🌟What are you prioritizing in 2025🌟

I’ve never really been a “new year, new me” kinda girly… The whole resolution thing never really stuck with me throughout the year since I was always seem to fall off the bandwagon in some form or fashion 😅. This year I decided that I would just prioritize things to make myself a better and happier person 💁🏼‍♀️ and 2025 would be my happy era.

🌟The things I am going to prioritize this year 🌟

- Physical movement 🏃‍♀️‍➡️: I am not going to force myself to workout x amount of days a week but rather prioritize getting movement in everyday that I feel up to it.

- Heathy eating 🍽️ habits: I have tried so many diets over the many years and they just aren’t practical for me. Rather than “dieting” I plan on establishing healthy eating habits and not punish myself for indulging.

- Keeping my peace ☮️ : I feel like I carry a lot of stress due to life itself and this year I plan on working on keeping my peace. This might look a little different to everyone but basically this means prioritizing yourself first everyday.

- Making time for self care🧖🏼‍♀️ : I really do the bare minimum when it comes to this not gonna lie. I’m gonna try to get better.

- Getting back into reading 📖: I started to get into audiobooks in 2024, this is something I want to really get into in 2025. I’m currently reading The Vampire Lestat (I watched Interview with a Vampire and was hooked).
