I’m starting a Burn After Writing Journal—a place to dump the feelings, the frustrations, the things I don’t say out loud (but definitely think). No edits. No guilt. Just honesty.

Some pages will heal, some will sting, and some might eventually get metaphorically burned… and honestly? That’s the point. Growth isn’t always pretty, but it’s real.

Here’s to letting it out instead of holding it in.
