3 things I wish I knew sooner on my fitness journey....

-once you are past the beginning stages, your training intensity matters. You can’t expect to go through the motions and lift the same weight and see major changes.

-I never ate enough protein to see muscle tone. People need alot more muscle than they think to be ‘toned’

-stop comparing your day 5 to someones year 5. you can eat & train exactly like your favorite influencer and you will still NOT look like them.
