What I wore to the gym this week!

Depending on the type of workout I am doing, depends on what I wear and especially shoes.

If I have a lower body lift (glutes, deadlifts, squats) I will wear flat shoes or no shoes. I highly recommend the brand "NoBull" and have used their flat shoes for several years. Super high quality! 10/10.

If I am doing cardio, upperbody, or athletic style training I will wear some type of trainer shoe. I prefer Adidas for these, some comfy enough but it does not have to be a running shoe.

When it comes to crafting the perfect cardio outfit, breathability and support are key. My go-to cardio outfits usually involve a light, moisture-wicking top paired with flexible shorts or leggings. And, of course, a good pair of trainer shoes is non-negotiable! The OCR mentioned a woman in a dark grey sports bra and matching shorts with white trainer shoes for shoulders, chest, and cardio – that’s a perfect example of a balanced cardio outfit that allows for movement without restriction. Speaking of sports bras, they are truly the foundation of any comfortable gym outfit for women. For lighter cardio or upper body days, a medium-support bra is often enough. But for high-impact activities or intense lifting, I always prioritize high support.
