I’m an online fitness and nutrition coach — but that title doesn’t really sum up what I do.
I don’t just write workouts or tell people what to eat.

After years of trial and error in my own journey — college sports, disordered eating, physique goals, and eventually bodybuilding — I’ve learned that results come from strategy, not just effort.
Now I use that experience, plus my background in biology, physiology, and my NASM certifications, to coach women around the world online.
