I was 34 🥰. "30 is not the end of youth, but the beginning...

"The age of 30 is not the end of youth, but the beginning of an age where you will live more quality and self-evident."

30 is one of the most exciting ages of life. It is the intersection between the power of adolescence and the stillness of maturity.

1. ✌️ stop comparing their own "timeline" to others.

On social media, you will see some friends get married, some buy a house, or some upstart, but don't forget that life is not a marathon with the same finish line, everyone has their own Pace. Not being there does mean you fail, but it does mean you're on your way.

2. 👙 body is no longer a "dead thing."

At the age of 20, you can sleep, party or eat whatever you want, but when you hit the number three, the body starts to raise alarms.

• Sleep is the most rewarding investment.

• Exercise, not just for beauty, but for long-term "use"

• Annual check-ups are those that should be included on the calendar.

3. 🏯 "quality" is more important than "quantity" (especially about friends).

You start to notice that your social circle is getting smaller and smaller, and that's normal. In our 30s, we don't have enough energy to maintain a "toxic" relationship, or a shell of friends. Having only one or two trusted close friends is worth more than hundreds of acquaintances who don't really hope for each other.

4. 😍 be kind to yourself (Self-Compassionism)

We are always the meanest self-critics. In your 30s, you may feel pressured to say, "There must be everything." But the truth is, no one knows everything. Everyone is learning and trial and error. Allow yourself to make mistakes. And remember to appreciate your small achievements every day.

5. 💎 always start over (It's never too late)

Many people think that the age of 30 is too late to change your career or start learning new skills, but in reality, you still have at least 30-35 years of work, which is as long as the age you've spent your entire life so far! If you feel that what you're doing isn't "tomorrow," it's not too late to start over.
