I make it a point to go to bed between 9:30 and 10 PM, avoid screens before bedtime, close the curtains, and sometimes fall asleep to white noise. This routine helps me achieve 7 to 8 hours of deep, restorative sleep that refreshes my skin, balances my hormones, and stabilizes my mood. In addition, incorporating a hormone-balancing supplement has been a game changer. I use a women's health complex that supports hormonal balance, reproductive health, and overall wellness. It’s plant-based and vegetarian-friendly, which aligns with my lifestyle. Since starting this supplement, I’ve noticed that menopause insomnia has eased, and my energy levels remain steady even on busy days. Physical activity also plays an essential role.
