Delicious Chicken Patties; Part 2

Frying (Skillet):

First, put oil (enough to coat the bottom part of the pan) in the skillet you’re using. Turn on the stove to medium. Then put 3-5 patties on the pan and flip every 30-45 seconds, until golden brown and the meat is 165 degrees Fahrenheit. It’s okay if the meat is 5-10 degrees higher.

Assembly (optional):

1 Bun

Sliced Lettuce

1 slice of cheese

Any Condiments you want (Ketchup, Mayonnaise, Etc)

1 tomato (Sliced)

More Notes:

If you’d like your sandwich crispy then butter the bun inward and turn up the heat to medium-high, put 1 to 2 buns in the pan for 30 seconds to 1 minute. I recommend keeping an eye on the bun so it doesn’t burn. Touch the bun with a utensil (I wouldn’t recommend using plastic-ware)

Flip the bun and turn the stove down to medium. Just like with the patties, please keep an eye on the buns.

That looks really good. I have high cholesterol so I use olive oil.
