Our Navy love story ❤️
I met my husband at a trade school called Gary Jobcorps . The first day I saw him on Oct 31 , 2022 I knew he was the one I wanted to be with . The first 3 months I put him through so many test to see if he was actually a good guy and if he would stay around because I’ve been through so much and he did stay we started officially dating November 27, 2022
💕 4 months into knowing and dating him he asked me to marry him and he proposed at our valentines dance infront of the whole school 🥰 I was excited and ready to being a new life and chapter with him 02/14/23
💕 3 months later on May 05,2023 we got married infront of a judge because we didn’t want to wait and also because I didn’t have family that would show up for a big wedding anyways but I knew he would be my perfect match
💕 One month after that in June he got the opportunity to join the navy and he did . My pharmacist teacher had a navy recruiter come to my class so I called my husband to come join because I knew and believed in his potential . My husband fell in love with the navy and what it could do for the both of us . Especially with me still being in school
💕 2 weeks after joining the navy he shipped off for boot camp for 10 weeks ( the hardest part was being apart but his mom was there for me ) he was able to make calls every so often but that was only if his division did what they needed to do .
💕 after the 10 weeks me and one of his aunts flew up to Greatlakes,Illinois in Chicago to be there for his bootcamp graduation to honor him becoming a sailor . After we got to be with him for 2 days before he shipped off again to go to A school for his job training . A-school took about 4-6 weeks
💕 then when he came home we had 2 weeks until we move to his 1st duty station
💕 October 16,2023 we moved to Virginia for his first duty station and he got to be on his now ship Harry S Truman ❤️ we have been here ever since and will be for 5 years until he gets new orders . Now my goal is to get were I need to be by losing weight so I can join him . It will be tough but it will be worth it at the end
