I made a total of 5 plates 🍽️ , but I didn't post all of them

I made Pancakes with Blue Bell's Cookie Two-Step Icecream that has cookie dough and chocolate chips , Scrambled Eggs , Crispy Hash browns , and Sausage for my picky eater who's on the spectrum.

I put Mayonnaise from WinCo , Spicy Guacamole , & Garden Salad from Fiesta as well as Cilantro on my Chicken Tostadas. I used Caldo De Tomate De Pollo ( Tomato Bouillon with Chicken Flavor ) and fresh Cilantro , and then I let it cook in the rice cooker. I just fried the Plantains in fresh oil and sprinkled some Granulated Sugar and drizzled some Clover honey from WinCo on the plantains. #homecooking #foodblogger #creatorsearchinsights #emergingcreator #fyp

... Read moreCooking for a picky eater, especially one on the spectrum, can sometimes be a challenge, but it also encourages creativity and thoughtful meal preparation. I found that combining familiar favorites like pancakes with unique additions such as Blue Bell's Cookie Two-Step ice cream—which features cookie dough and chocolate chips—can make breakfast feel special and exciting. Scrambled eggs paired with crispy hash browns and savory sausage form a comforting combo that's usually a hit. When it comes to lunch or dinner, chicken tostadas topped with layers of fresh cilantro, spicy guacamole, and garden salad add freshness and vibrant flavors. Using Caldo De Tomate De Pollo, a tomato bouillon with chicken flavor, in the rice cooker infuses the rice with a rich, comforting taste that pairs beautifully with the tostadas. These small touches can elevate simple dishes. For dessert or side, frying plantains in fresh oil and topping them with granulated sugar and a drizzle of Clover honey creates a wonderfully sweet and slightly crispy treat that balances the meal perfectly. Shopping at stores like WinCo and Fiesta provides access to quality ingredients such as flavored mayonnaise and fresh produce, making home cooking easier and more enjoyable. Overall, I’ve learned that using familiar textures and flavors alongside small new twists encourages my picky eater to try new dishes. Taking time to prepare meals with love and attention to each component’s flavor and texture is key. These five plates I made are just the start of a lovely home cooking journey that anyone can enjoy, even those with particular tastes or dietary needs.
