ถ้าได้มีโอกาสไปเยือนย่าน Susukino ในซัปโปโรช่วงปี 2026 ผมขอแชร์ประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวที่ได้ทดลองชิมร้านอาหารหลากหลายสไตล์ที่นี่ ซึ่งแต่ละร้านมีเอกลักษณ์และรสชาติที่โดดเด่นไม่เหมือนใคร จุดเด่นที่ผมชอบมากคือร้าน Oguma Shoten ที่ตั้งอยู่หน้าตลาดปลา Nijo Market บรรยากาศในร้านเต็มไปด้วยความสดชื่นจากวัตถุดิบทะเลสดใหม่ที่นำมาทำข้าวหน้าปลาปูหอย ยิ่งได้ซดน้ำซุปหอยร้อน ๆ รสชาติกลมกล่อมก็เติมเต็มมื้ออาหารได้เป็นอย่างดี และความประทับใจจากการบริการที่อบอุ่นของคุณลุงเจ้าของร้านทำให้รู้สึกอยากกลับไปอีกรอบ รวมถึงร้าน Sappororamen Genten Sono2 ที่ตั้งอยู่หลังห้าง Parco ที่มีรสชาติเฉพาะที่ไม่เค็มจนเกินไปซึ่งเป็นเอกลักษณ์สำคัญของซัปโปโรราเม็ง ผมเองประทับใจในซุปใสที่รสหวานจากหอมใหญ่ พร้อมกับเครื่องเคียงที่ลงตัว ต่างจากราเม็งทั่วไปที่มักจะเค็มจัด ถัดมาคือ Gotsubo Oyster Bar บาร์หอยสดที่เหมาะกับคนรักอาหารทะเล โดยเฉพาะหอยสดที่ไม่มีกลิ่นคาว เสิร์ฟพร้อมซอสเลม่อนและโชยุที่ช่วยเพิ่มรสชาติให้อร่อยมากขึ้น การได้นั่งชิลกับสาเกและบรรยากาศเล็กๆ อบอุ่น เป็นอะไรที่ผมว่าสุดคูลและผ่อนคลายมาก ส่วน Jingisukan Daruma ร้านแกะย่างสุดแปลกใหม่ที่ทำให้ผมได้เปิดประสบการณ์กินย่างแกะแบบไม่มีกลิ่นคาวเลย แถมยังมีพนักงานคอยแนะนำการย่างช่วยทำให้อุ่นใจมากขึ้น ร้านนี้เหมาะสำหรับคนที่อยากลองเมนูใหม่หรือชื่นชอบเนื้อแกะแบบพรีเมียม ปิดท้ายด้วยบาร์สาเก 酒処 B.one ที่เปิดให้บริการตั้งแต่กลางคืนจนถึงเช้า บรรยากาศเหมือนมากินข้าวบ้านเพื่อนเจ้าของร้านใจดี นั่งจิบสาเกกับกับแกล้มอร่อยๆ ฟีลแบบสบายๆ ไม่อึดอัด และไม่มีเตาปิ้งในร้านทำให้ไม่ร้อนจนเกินไป ทั้งหมดนี้คงเป็นเพียงส่วนหนึ่งของร้านเด็ดในย่าน Susukino ที่ผมอยากแนะนำให้ผู้ที่จะไปเยือนในปีนี้ได้ลองสัมผัส ส่วนใครมีร้านในใจหรือแนะนำเพิ่มเติม อย่าลืมแชร์กันเข้ามาด้วยนะครับ เผื่อว่าจะมีโอกาสไปลิ้มลองซ้ำอีกในปีนี้เช่นกัน
