หลายคนทักมาถามว่า “ไปถวายผ้าห่อศพต้องพูดว่าอะไร” หรืออยากได้ “คำถวายสังฆทานอุทิศให้ผู้ล่วงลับ + บทสวดบังสุกุล” ที่อ่านง่าย ไม่ยาวเกินไป เลยสรุปเป็นชุดที่เราใช้เองเวลาไปทำบุญกับหน่วยกู้ภัย/วัด (มักมีดอกบัว เทียน จัดหน้าจุดรับบริจาคไว้) เผื่อใครอยากเซฟเก็บไว้ค่ะ 1) เตรียมใจก่อนถวาย (ตั้งเจตนา) ก่อนยื่นผ้าห่อศพหรือของสังฆทาน เราจะตั้งใจในใจสั้นๆ ว่า “ขอทำบุญนี้เพื่ออุทิศส่วนกุศลให้ผู้ล่วงลับ และขออโหสิกรรมต่อเจ้ากรรมนายเวร” แค่นี้ก็พอแล้ว สำคัญคือความตั้งใจ ไม่ต้องกังวลว่าท่องไม่ครบ 2) คำถวายผ้าห่อศพ (ฉบับอ่านง่าย) “ข้าพเจ้าชื่อ… นามสกุล… ขอน้อมถวายผ้าห่อศพนี้ เป็นทานเพื่อประโยชน์แก่ผู้ล่วงลับและผู้ยากไร้ ขออานิสงส์แห่งทานนี้ จงเป็นปัจจัยให้ผู้ล่วงลับทั้งหลายได้อนุโมทนา เข้าถึงสุคติ และขออุทิศบุญกุศลนี้แก่เจ้ากรรมนายเวรของข้าพเจ้า ขออโหสิกรรมซึ่งกันและกันด้วยเทอญ” 3) ถ้าถวายสังฆทานด้วย: คำถวายสังฆทานอุทิศให้ผู้ล่วงลับ (ฉบับสั้น) “ข้าพเจ้าขอน้อมถวายสังฆทานนี้ แด่พระสงฆ์เป็นส่วนรวม ขอถวายเป็นพุทธบูชา ธรรมบูชา สังฆบูชา และขออุทิศส่วนกุศลนี้แก่…(ชื่อผู้ล่วงลับ/ญาติผู้ล่วงลับ/ผู้ไม่มีญาติ)… ขอให้ได้รับส่วนบุญส่วนกุศลนี้โดยทั่วกัน” 4) บทสวดบังสุกุลให้ผู้ล่วงลับ (แบบสั้นที่นิยม) เวลาถวายเสร็จหรือหลังกรวดน้ำ เรามักใช้ประโยคสั้นๆ ที่สื่อความหมายชัด: “อิทัง เม ญาตีนัง โหตุ สุขิตา โหนตุ ญาตะโย” ความหมายโดยย่อ: ขอส่วนบุญนี้จงสำเร็จแก่ญาติทั้งหลาย ขอให้ญาติทั้งหลายจงมีความสุข 5) ทริคเล็กๆ ให้ทำแล้วสบายใจขึ้น - ถ้านึกชื่อผู้ล่วงลับไม่ออก หรืออยากอุทิศให้ “ผู้ไร้ญาติ” ให้พูดว่า “ขออุทิศให้ผู้ล่วงลับทั้งหลายโดยทั่วถึง” ได้เลย - เรื่องความกตัญญูต่อพ่อแม่: เราชอบอุทิศเพิ่มว่า “ขอให้บุญนี้เป็นปัจจัยให้พ่อแม่มีสุขภาพแข็งแรง/หรือหากล่วงลับแล้วขอให้ได้รับส่วนบุญ” เหมือนเป็นการย้ำใจตัวเองว่าเรายังระลึกถึงท่าน - ถ้าอยู่หน่วยกู้ภัย บางที่มีเจ้าหน้าที่ช่วยบอกขั้นตอน ไม่ต้องเกรงใจถาม เขาคุ้นมากค่ะ สุดท้าย…ไม่ว่าถวายผ้าห่อศพหรือถวายสังฆทาน จุดสำคัญคือ “เจตนาเมตตา + การอุทิศบุญ” ทำแล้วใจเบาขึ้นจริงๆ โดยเฉพาะวันที่รู้สึกติดขัดหรืออยากมีที่พึ่งทางใจค่ะ
