Quilted gourd
Quilted gourd... soft bitterness that is eaten and heartwarming.
The gourd boil is a plain-looking but charming menu from the mild bitterness that is simmered to a naturally sweet, soft taste. The hotter the more it feels like fatigue disappears in one word. It's a home menu that fills with comfort at every meal.
Raw Materials
1-2 gourds
200 grams of pork chop
Vermicelli (wearing or not wearing)
1 tablespoon rough pounded garlic
½ teaspoon ground pepper
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 pot of pork bone soup
Fresh / Dry Scented Mushrooms (Increased Mellow)

How to do
1. Prepare the gourd, cut it in half, remove the filling, slice the word and soak the salt mixture for 10-15 minutes to reduce bitterness.
2. Marinate minced pork. Mix minced pork with garlic, pepper, soy sauce. Mix well.
3. Set the pork bone soup to boil. Put the gourd first. Simmer the medium-soft fire until it starts to soften.
4. Molding a lump of pork into a pot. Wait until cooked, float up.
5.Seasoning add with soy sauce or salt as you like. Add fragrant mushrooms and vermicelli (if you want).
6. Simmer a little longer until the gourd is soft and sweet. Turn off the light. Ready to serve hot.
Tips to be delicious and not too bitter.
✔ Soak the gourd in brine or squeeze the salt in it before washing it off, reducing the bitterness.
✔ clear the filling, because the bitter part is in the seed and the inner membrane.
✔ Simmer a soft fire for a long time, let the bitterness turn into a sweet, soft taste.
