Breathe through the heart every time you feel it.

Don't push, don't pull, just recognize and let go.

Stand under the sun or touch the earth. Let the earth help absorb.

Light a white or gold candle and say a prayer.
"Dear Oversoul - may your power pass through me pure; I release what is not mine.
And open to what corresponds to the mission of truth. "
Then stay silent with that power for 10-20 minutes.
Just listen, perceive and feel -
Oversoul will speak to you through that stillness.

They are mirrors to see the truth.
