Power Yoga Flow

My favorite short flows are one that make my muscles feel sore the next day. My own practice always includes some muscle building moves.

Flow written out

Table top

Down dog to three leg dog

Exhale knee to chest

inhale back to three leg dog

Drop knee to mat and lift back leg up

Reach the same arm towards the sky into a baby half moon

bend the knee in and reach back with outstretched arm and hold.

Release back down to mat

Lift knee back to chest and rise to three leg dog

Send foot to top of the mat into high lung.

Bring hands to heart center

Revolve warrior two

Revolved reverse warrior

Prayer hands heart center.

Warrior 2

Extend front hand out straighten front leg reverse triangle

Cartwheel hands to mat

Lift back leg and reach same arm up to the sky into half moon.
