I said that we are not a meditating prayer line, but one time we got to know your prayer book, Chipmunk Arsiam, saw many people reviewing it as good, so I bought it, and we were looking for a new job.
To put it in a little bit, we didn't graduate from a famous university, didn't become a great person, but never stopped improving ourselves, and when we tried this, it was like the expected salary (+ 60%) and the desired work environment... it was surprisingly real.
There are two things that we try and feel that life changes.
1. Change the monk's shelf water daily
(We used to share it. Try reading it. 👉🏻Changing the water of the monk's shelf every day, does life really change? ⁉️)
2. Pray an important chapter. ❣

📌 Pray aloud and set the intention to pay homage to the prayer - we don't ask for anything, but to pray for peace of mind, and to actually "give," like asking for the idea that if we ever force someone unknowingly, we want him to relieve and send out mercy.

🌟 We can't prove it...Life really improves because of prayer, but what it definitely touches is that our hearts are more comfortable and satisfied, not pressured, not hasty, not stressed. Doing things often improves ourselves, making many situations in life smoother than you think.

You don't have to believe us, but if someone is tired or doesn't know what to rely on, take a little time to do this, in case it's a small point that improves life like we found it. 🤍
การสวดมนต์ไม่ได้เป็นเพียงการท่องบทสวดอย่างเคร่งครัดเท่านั้น แต่ยังเป็นวิธีหนึ่งที่ช่วยสร้างสมาธิและความสงบในจิตใจ ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับแนวทางปฏิบัติที่แนะนำในบทความนี้ ที่ผู้เขียนเน้นถึงการสวดมนต์พร้อมเจตนาและการเปลี่ยนน้ำหิ้งพระทุกวัน ซึ่งเป็นการสร้างพลังบวกให้กับตัวเอง สิ่งที่น่าสนใจคือการเลือกสวดมนต์บทสำคัญ เช่น คำอธิษฐานเปิดบุญ ชินบัญชร มหาแผ่เมตตาใหญ่ และบทขออโหสิกรรม ซึ่งล้วนแต่เป็นบทสวดที่มีความหมายลึกซึ้งและช่วยส่งเสริมจิตใจให้แข็งแรงและเมตตาต่อผู้อื่น การตั้งเจตนาที่ชัดเจนขณะสวดมนต์ยังช่วยให้จิตใจมีสมาธิและวางใจได้มากขึ้น ช่วยลดความเครียดและสร้างความมั่นคงในจิตใจ นอกจากนี้ การกรวดน้ำหลังสวดมนต์ ยังเป็นพิธีกรรมที่สื่อถึงการให้และการปล่อยวาง ซึ่งช่วยปลูกฝังความรู้สึกดี ๆ และสร้างสมดุลในชีวิตประจำวัน การปฏิบัติแบบนี้แม้สัปดาห์ละครั้งหรือเดือนละครั้งก็ยังสามารถเห็นผลในเชิงจิตใจและสร้างบรรยากาศชีวิตที่ดีขึ้นได้ ทั้งนี้ การพิสูจน์ผลลัพธ์ของสวดมนต์อาจเป็นเรื่องส่วนบุคคล แต่สิ่งที่ชัดเจนคือผู้ปฏิบัติรู้สึกว่าจิตใจสบายขึ้น ความกดดันลดลง และการตัดสินใจในชีวิตดีขึ้นอย่างเป็นธรรมชาติ จึงสัมผัสได้ว่าการแทรกกิจกรรมนี้เข้าไปในชีวิตประจำวันเป็นการลงทุนลงแรงที่คุ้มค่า สำหรับใครที่รู้สึกเหนื่อยล้า หรือกำลังมองหาวิธีเติมพลังใจ การลองสวดมนต์ด้วยบทสวดที่มีความหมาย พร้อมตั้งเจตนาให้ใจสงบและมีเมตตา อาจเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นเล็ก ๆ ที่ช่วยพลิกชีวิตให้ดีขึ้นอย่างน่าประหลาดใจได้จริงๆ
