Aveces lloro a solas.

During these times, I’ve found that turning inward and reflecting on what truly matters can be incredibly healing. When sadness creeps in, instead of blaming others or myself, I try to recognize that emotions are temporary and valuable signals that help us understand our needs. One approach that has helped me is focusing on the love that surrounds us—whether it’s spiritual love or the support of close friends and family. This perspective encourages me to think beyond my immediate feelings and remember that love is a powerful force meant to be shared, which fosters resilience. Additionally, I've learned the importance of self-compassion. When feeling down, rather than doubting my worth or happiness, I remind myself to think about what I truly deserve and to trust that inner happiness still exists within me. Practicing mindfulness and affirmations can reinforce this mindset, helping me to stay grounded in moments of loneliness. Connecting with others and expressing these emotions, whether through journaling, conversations, or creative outlets, often brings relief and perspective. Everyone's journey with sadness is unique, but embracing our feelings without judgment and seeking positive ways to cope can lead to personal growth and renewed joy.
