I don’t think I did this viral dish right but wow!

While being a working mama of two boys and trying to make healthier choices for lunch this was easy and yummy! I have been seeing my feeds plastered with this meal sweet potato, cottage cheese, ground meat or choice, and hot honey. I kind of cringed because I was like no way. I just didn’t think the cottage cheese would work but I was pleasantly surprised! I am not sure if I made it right. I have a toxic habit of finding and saving recipes I want to try but never finding them when I want to make them; so I go rogue. I remember many way to do it so this is what I did tell me if I did it wrong and what to tweak but I hate to say this was pretty freaking good!

I season my sweet potatoes after cubing them with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, and some creole.

My ground chicken I used the Dan-O’s taco, garlic powder, and a little bit of creole. I had a chopped onion so I threw that in there.

Then added cottage cheese after (I feel weird adding them to the meal prep so I put the cottage cheese in a separate container) and weighed the rest and put them in my meal prep containers after everything cooled.

When I tried it I forgot the mikes hot honey but tomorrow for lunch I’ll have it I got the extra hot one as I like a little more heat.

So did I do it right? Any suggestions?
