Make Etsy Sale Sticker From Zero With AI

Today, let's share the steps I've taken to make digital stickers for sale on Etsy in a simple way, suitable for people who start from scratch and want to use AI to make them more systematic.

1. Let AI help build Prompt

First, we can write a description of the sticker idea you want to make or attach the reference image you like to AI, such as the color scheme, the Mood style, or the sticker type you want to sell.

Then tell the AI to help build Prompt into a series, suggesting three main parts:

PROMPT 00 - STYLE MASTER

It is used to control the tone of the entire set sticker, such as image style, Mood color, sticker edges, clear background and job quality.

Prompt.

Prompt of each sticker. For example, if you make 36 pieces, AI will separate the Prompt into 36 types.

Negative Prompt

Use to tell unwanted things, such as no logo, no watermark, no distorted letters, no cluttered images, no messy backgrounds, no misproportional work.

It is recommended that AI be made into a .txt file. It is easy to copy, especially when running on a mobile phone.

2.Store Prompt easy to copy

For mobile workers, I recommend keeping Prompt organized.

It can be stored in a txt file or posted on Facebook in private settings for easy copying.

Negative Prompt

Keep another part, because it needs to be repeated every time.

When using, sort Prompt like this:

Then press the AI to create the image, and then scavenge it one by one until the whole set.

3. Make an image for sale post on Etsy

After creating the stickers, take a picture of all the stickers and send them to the AI to see the AI to understand Mood and the style of the job.

Then instruct AI to help design Prompt for making post-sale images on Etsy. Usually about 10 images are made, e.g.

Etsy Description

When ordering AI, remember to attach the sticker caps to the promo image to the real product.

Once you get 10 different images, you can arrange them in Canva.

The file I used to make the sticker would be 1500 x 1500 px. Take one image of Canva, split it into files, then delete the background one by one and download it as PNG.

The file name is very important. It is recommended to name it from the beginning, e.g.

When the image is loaded, the system will include page numbers, making the file look more organized and professional.

4. Arrange files on Google Drive

After getting all the files, put them on Google Drive and clear the folder.

For capturing all 10 preview or Etsy post images

Then set the Google Drive share to Anyone with the link so that customers who buy the file can open the download link.

5.Make a PDF Guide for Download

This step is very important because Etsy allows us to upload digital files and we can make a PDF Guide to insert a Google Drive download link.

I recommend looking at examples of digital products that have been purchased to study the structure of their faces, but should not be copied directly into a redesign to match our products.

In PDF, there should be core information such as

Then save it as a PDF file and prepare it for uploading in Etsy.

6.Let AI help write data for sales post

After the files and images are ready, order AI to write data for sale, such as

Explanation that no goods actually shipped.

Our job is to select the right text and copy it into Etsy.

7.Sale on Etsy

The last step is to take everything and post it for sale on Etsy.

Upload 10 promo photos

Enter product name

Enter product description

Put in the Tags.

Set the price

Upload PDF Guide

Check everything before publication.

This will get one digital item that is ready for sale on Etsy.
