Etsy work is still not sold or not sold well. What should be done before removing!!
The work is not yet sold. Don't rush to think that our work is not good.
Many times, the problem is not the job itself alone.
It's in the cover, keyword, product description, price, or reliability of the store.
Especially the one who made the new Etsy.
The important thing is not to mockup.
But gradually check one point at a time.
Let's start with a simple question:
Customers see the cover image and understand what the product is.
Does the product name really have the words that the customer searches for?
Does the preview picture tell you what you get?
Does the price look worth enough?
Does the storefront look reliable?
Some jobs are not sold because of bad jobs.
But it just doesn't communicate with customers enough.
Selling online, especially digital products.
Must make the customer feel that
"Easy to understand, practical and worth buying."
Don't give up.

จากประสบการณ์การขายงานดิจิทัลบนแพลตฟอร์ม Etsy ที่ผ่านมาพบว่า หลายครั้งที่สินค้ายังขายไม่ได้ ไม่ใช่ว่างานไม่มีคุณภาพ แต่ส่วนใหญ่เกิดจากการสื่อสารข้อมูลไม่ชัดเจนกับลูกค้า เคล็ดลับที่ผมอยากแชร์คือ การไล่เช็กทีละจุดอย่างเป็นระบบตั้งแต่ภาพปก ต้องมั่นใจว่าลูกค้าเห็นภาพแล้วเข้าใจว่าสินค้าคืออะไร และภาพปกของเราต้องโดดเด่นกว่าใครในตลาด พยายามใช้ภาพที่สะอาด สวยงาม แต่เน้นความชัดเจนและตรงประเด็น ส่วนชื่อสินค้าและคีย์เวิร์ดต้องเลือกคำที่ลูกค้าจะใช้ค้นหาจริง เช่น ถ้าเป็น Digital Planner ก็ต้องรวมคำนี้ไว้ในชื่อ และเสริมด้วยคีย์เวิร์ดที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น Stickers PNG หรือ GoodNotes เพื่อเพิ่มโอกาสที่ร้านจะถูกค้นเจอ ภาพพรีวิวสินค้าก็ถือว่าสำคัญมาก เพราะช่วยให้ลูกค้ารับรู้ฟีเจอร์และจำนวนไฟล์ที่ได้ รวมถึงวิธีใช้งาน หรือจุดเด่นของสินค้านั้น ๆ ให้ครบถ้วน ในเรื่องราคานั้น อย่าเน้นขายถูกอย่างเดียว เพราะราคาถูกเกินไปอาจทำให้ลูกค้ารู้สึกว่างานไม่มีคุณภาพ ควรกำหนดราคาที่เหมาะสมกับคุณภาพและปริมาณไฟล์ที่ลูกค้าจะได้รับ สุดท้ายหน้าร้านต้องดูเป็นมืออาชีพ เช่น จัดหมวดหมู่สินค้าให้เป็นระบบ มีคำอธิบายร้านที่เข้าใจง่าย มีภาพพรีวิวครบและพร้อมให้ลูกค้าดาวน์โหลดข้อมูลต่างๆ เมื่อร้านดูน่าเชื่อถือก็จะช่วยเพิ่มความมั่นใจให้ลูกค้าได้มากขึ้น ผมแนะนำให้ลองปรับทีละจุดอย่างใจเย็น ไม่ควรแก้แบบมั่ว ๆ แล้วจะเห็นผลลัพธ์ที่ดีขึ้นแน่นอน อย่าเพิ่งถอดใจถ้างานเรายังไม่ขาย เพราะคนที่ประสบความสำเร็จคือคนที่รู้จักปรับตัวและเข้าใจลูกค้าอย่างลึกซึ้ง
