ผมเองก็เคยเจอปัญหาแบบนี้ครับ ทำภาพสินค้าสวยงามออกมาแล้วแต่ยอดขายยังนิ่งมาก ทำให้ผมเริ่มสังเกตและวิเคราะห์ว่าลูกค้าเขาเลือกซื้อสินค้าจากอะไรจริงๆ สิ่งที่สำคัญไม่ใช่แค่ภาพที่สวยที่สุด แต่เป็นข้อมูลที่ครบถ้วนและชัดเจน เช่นลูกค้าต้องรู้ว่าสินค้านี้คืออะไร ใช้งานอย่างไร ไฟล์ที่ดาวน์โหลดมีอะไรบ้าง ซึ่งผมพบว่าการสร้างภาพ Preview ที่แสดงรายละเอียดไฟล์และวิธีใช้สินค้าอย่างเข้าใจง่าย ช่วยให้ลูกค้ามั่นใจและตัดสินใจซื้อเร็วขึ้นมาก นอกจากนี้การเขียน Title, Description และ Tags ยังต้องเลือกคำที่ลูกค้าจะค้นหาเจอจริงๆ ไม่ใช่เขียนสวยแต่ไม่ตรงกับคำค้นหา ผมจึงแนะนำให้ลองใช้ Keyword Long-tail ที่เฉพาะเจาะจงกับสินค้าของเรามากขึ้น เพื่อโดดเด่นและติดอันดับบน Google และใน Etsy เรื่องไฟล์ Download สำคัญไม่น้อย เพราะถ้าลูกค้าซื้อไปแล้วดาวน์โหลดไม่ได้ หรือไฟล์ไม่ครบ จะเสียความน่าเชื่อถือและรีวิวแย่ทันที ผมแนะนำให้ตรวจสอบลิงก์และไฟล์ดาวน์โหลดทุกครั้งก่อนลงขายจริง สุดท้ายผมอยากบอกว่าการขายบน Etsy เป็นการสร้างระบบตั้งแต่ต้นทางถึงปลายทางที่ครบถ้วน ทั้งการคิดสินค้า เขียน Prompt สร้างภาพ เจน Preview เขียน Listing จัดไฟล์ และทำเอกสาร PDF รวมถึงการสื่อสารกับลูกค้าอย่างมืออาชีพ ถ้าลองปรับใช้ตามนี้จะเห็นความเปลี่ยนแปลงในยอดขายได้จริงครับ ใครที่กำลังเริ่มทำ Etsy และรู้สึกว่ายังไม่ประสบความสำเร็จ ลองกลับไปเช็ก 5 ข้อสำคัญนี้ดูนะครับ แล้วจะรู้ว่าการขายสินค้าออนไลน์ต้องมากกว่าภาพสวยอย่างเดียวจริงๆ
