Etsy merchandise and no one saw it. What check?
Etsy products are posted and not seen. Don't delete them.
The first thing to do is to know where the problem is.
No one saw → Czech Title, Tags, Category and Attributes.
People see but don't click → Czech Preview
Someone clicks but doesn't buy → Czechs product details, prices and what customers will get.
Let's also open Etsy Stats to see if Listing has Views, where people come from, and what queries bring people in.
Another thing that newbies like to do is solve everything at the same time, Title, Tags and images, and finally don't know what makes it better or worse.
Gradually adjust point by point and see the data.
Listing that is not yet sold does not always mean that the product is bad. Sometimes the customer cannot find it or see it but does not understand what it is.
Open the Stats and fix them on the spot.
เมื่อผมเริ่มต้นขายของใน Etsy ก็เคยเจอปัญหาสินค้าลงแล้วไม่มีคนเห็นเหมือนกัน ซึ่งสิ่งที่เรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์ตรงก็คือ ไม่ควรรีบลบหรือปรับเปลี่ยนหลายจุดพร้อมกัน เพราะจะทำให้วิเคราะห์ผลไม่ได้ว่าจุดไหนที่ดีขึ้นหรือแย่ลง สิ่งที่ผมเริ่มทำคือ เข้าไปดูข้อมูลใน Etsy Stats ก่อน เพื่อเช็กว่ามีคนเห็นสินค้าหรือไม่ หากแทบไม่มีคนเห็นเลย ก็ต้องกลับไปดูที่คีย์เวิร์ดหรือ Title, Tags และการจัดหมวดหมู่สินค้า ว่าเราตั้งไว้ตรงกับที่ลูกค้าค้นหาหรือเปล่า ถ้ามีคนเห็นแต่ไม่คลิก เข้าไปดูภาพหลักของสินค้าเลยว่าดึงดูดหรือไม่ บางครั้งภาพอาจไม่ชัดเจน หรือไม่สื่อถึงสินค้าที่ขายก็จะทำให้ลูกค้าไม่อยากคลิกเข้าไป ส่วนกรณีที่คนคลิกเข้ามาแต่ไม่ซื้อ ผมลองแก้รายละเอียดสินค้าให้ชัดเจนขึ้น เช่น ระบุจำนวนไฟล์ วิธีใช้งาน ประเภทไฟล์ รวมถึงราคาที่เหมาะสม เพื่อให้ลูกค้าตัดสินใจง่ายขึ้น สิ่งสำคัญคือควรปรับทีละจุดแล้วคอยสังเกตผล เพื่อสร้างแผนการปรับปรุงที่เฉพาะเจาะจง และไม่สับสนว่าทำไมยอดขายหรือจำนวนคนเห็นดีขึ้นหรือลดลง สุดท้าย Listing ที่ขายไม่ออกไม่ได้หมายความว่าสินค้าคุณไม่ดีเท่าไร แต่อาจเป็นเพราะลูกค้ายังไม่เข้าใจสินค้า หรือสินค้าไม่ตรงกับคำค้นหา ให้ใช้ข้อมูลใน Stats เป็นฐานวิเคราะห์ก่อนลงมือแก้ไข จะช่วยให้เพิ่มยอดขายได้อย่างมั่นใจมากขึ้น
