From one idea, how did AI break into multiple collections?

So I tried to solve this problem by making a file for AI to learn how to do our job.

I want it to be a system that reduces thinking on the way rather than remembering all the manuals.
The other thing I'm working on right now is the Collection Design Guide.
This is a little different from the Workflow sticker I'm using right now.
Because I intended it to be used in many different products.

This one should take me a little longer than the 1 Collection Guide.
Because it's more detailed, and I have to make sure that time is practical.
