From student problems to more intuitive workflow.

In fact, each of the workflows I do is not by thinking alone and doing it.

Most start with teaching students and have real problems during use.

Some people start creating images and find multiple designs in one image.

Some people do it halfway back and get confused about how they did it.

Some people create a complete task, but when you do a Preview or Listing, the data does not match the actual file.

Some people use the same Workflow with stickers well, but when they change to Wall Art or T-Shirt, they start to stick because the method is different.

When I run into a problem like this, I don't see it as a servant problem.

I'll show you what our Workflow is missing.

And then solve one point at a time.

The first part had to be ordered one by one. Design developed to be ordered as a block.

When you use Block and find multiple overview problems, you add the Generation Job Separation Rule.

Once the picture is separated, but then continue and don't remember where it was, add State and Queue.

When you start using different types of products, it's obvious that Stickers, Clipart, T-Shirt, Wall Art and Planner should not use all the same rules, so add more Product Router.

So it turns out that every problem that students face, and every problem that Workflow missed, becomes a new data source.

How can we make people order less?

It's easier to continue working from the same point.

Reduce duplication

Reduce the sequence

And let ChatGPT handle the inner tasks more.

So I thought that Workflow should not be a one-time and one-time item.

The more people actually apply it, the more we see where to solve it.

And if we keep these problems evolving with Workflow, it will become easier and easier to use.

For me, behind every Workflow is a real problem.
