From the first day of Etsy to today, how have I changed my way of working?

If you go back to when I started working again,

I don't really have a big workflow like today.

At first I thought quite frankly.

If to make Sticker for sale on Etsy, what do we need?

I looked at about five things.

Collection

Prompt

Preview

Description

And then files for customers to download.

I started from there.

Think up the collection.

Design what the work in the set should contain.

Write Prompt

Create a picture

Take it to be arranged in Canva

Preview

Write product information

Arrange folder

Up Google Drive

Make PDF for customers to download

And then take it down, Etsy.

I also did a lot of things step by step.

If you want an image, write Prompt.

Completed, then go to do other things

Stick anywhere, then come back and fix there

As I continued, I began to see

Just creating a beautiful picture, it's not over yet.

Because one product is actually up for sale. There are a lot of details.

Must think how many designs to do

Each design has to go the same way.

The file must be correct.

Previews must match the actual product.

Title, Description and Tags Must Relate to Work

Files sent to customers must be open.

The link must be right.

PDF Guide Must Work

So I started thinking about it as a piece of work, so I started thinking about it as a system.

From a small collection, it began to be made into a series of 40 Designs.

And then divided into

1-10

11-20

21-30

31-40

To make the job easier to control.

After that, there began to be Master Style to keep the entire Collection work going in the same direction.

Start checking which job is wrong.

Which work must be solved?

Not all rebuilds every time.

Previews are also beginning to develop.

From the beginning, it was only beautiful to think about what each preview had to do.

Which picture is the cover?

Which picture to see all the work?

Which picture says what file?

Which image describes the use?

Which picture tells the download story?

And then I started taking these processes into lessons.

From what I did myself, it became a step-by-step material.

Prepare work

Think Collection

Prompt made

Create jobs with AI

Work check

Preview

Write Title, Game and Tags

Arrange client files

Google Drive and PDF Guide

To get the goods up, Etsy.

When I started teaching live 1: 1, I found another story.

The system I understand doesn't mean people are starting to understand immediately.

This changed the way I think too.

Because when I was teaching, I began to see problems that I never thought of.

Some people don't know what goods to start with.

Some people do it in the middle of the way and forget what step they are in.

Some people make images, but the Preview doesn't match the product.

Some people use AI and then get multiple designs included in a single image.

Some people can make stickers, but when they do Wall Art, the original method does not work.

Every time I have a problem, I adjust the system.

From the original emphasis on "Prompt, what's good?"

I started to think

"How do people not have to remember a lot of Prompt, but still walk?"

It was here that Workflow began to get more and more detailed.

Start with Design List

Master Style

Design Detail

Production Block

Quality Check

Error Guard

And then we started remembering where we were doing so we didn't have to go back and start again.

And then I realized that each type of digital product should not be used the same way.

Sticker. There's one way.

Clipart, there's one way.

Wall Art is the other way around.

T-Shirt

Planner

Printable

Digital Paper

Each has different conditions.

So I developed Product Router to let the system know what the product is doing and then choose the production method to suit it.

So far, the workflow I used didn't start with the word

"Make a picture."

Yes, sir.

But it starts from

Who are we selling to?

What will he use?

What goods should be made?

What work should this collection contain?

How's Style?

What does each design look like?

How should it be produced?

What needs to be examined?

How to Preview

How to write Listing?

How to send files to customers?

And before the end, what else need to be examined?

From before, I had to think almost every step of it.

Now what I'm trying to do is

How to get Workflow to remember the steps for us

Reduce reorders

Helps reduce mistakes

And then people who are just starting to see the path from ideas to ready-to-sell products.

I don't think the system is the best yet.

Because in the last few months, I've solved it a few times.

Some versions work well.

Some versions, when actually used, encounter problems.

Something thought it was over. After teaching, the students found another case that they had never met.

And then I came back and solved it.

If you ask what my development is from the first day to today,

For me, it's not just

"Create images with better AI."

But it is from people who used to sit and work step by step.

Gradually become more and more people who look at the whole process task.

From Prompt → to Workflow

From one picture → to a collection.

From Sticker → to Digital Products of Many Types

From doing it yourself → becoming a system that can be taught to others.

From the problem → Take that problem back and develop the system.

And now I still do the same

Found a problem

Fix

Trial

Actually used

Then come back to adjust

Because I thought the system would never end.

Just the next version, it's easier to use and help people who are just starting to work on their own.

For me, this is development.

SEO on Etsy doesn’t have to be complicated ✨✨
Focus on these 3 things: 1. Use relevant keywords in your title (e.g., “Digital Budget Planner for Students”). 2. Add those keywords to your tags and description. 3. Keep an eye on analytics, what’s working? Double down on those keywords. SEO takes time, but once you get it right, your
