I ordered these at 11pm and now I can’t stop staring at my hands

Rate this pink French set 💅

Okay, so I did the thing. Ordered press-ons at 11pm because I saw a pink French set and could not stop thinking about it. They came in like 3 days. I put them on while watching a movie, which was maybe a mistake because I was not fully paying attention, but honestly it still worked out.

The shape is the thing I'm obsessed with. Not too square. Kind of a soft almond with a little edge. And the pink is that milky baby pink, not bubblegum, not nude. The white tip is thin. Like actually thin. I've had sets where the French tip looks like a sharpie line and this is not that.

Application: I filed my natural nails down a bit, pushed cuticles back, wiped with alcohol. Used the glue tabs for the first time ever because I was scared of glue. Two popped off by day 2 (one while opening a can, one while putting on a hoodie). Switched to brush-on glue for the rest and those have held for 6 days now. So if you're rough on your hands, skip the tabs.

Length is medium. I can still type, still open things, still do my skincare without stabbing myself. That's my bar.

Things I'd change: the sizing. My pinky is between sizes and I had to file one down. Also the tabs are kinda useless for me personally. But for the price? I'm not mad at all.

Would I repurchase? Yeah. I already have a second set in my cart. If you've been eyeing a pink French moment, this is a solid one. Just bring glue.

Glue tabs popping off by day 2 when opening cans or putting on a hoodie

Pinky nail sitting between two sizes and needing to file one down

Some press-on French tips look like a thick sharpie line instead of a thin tip

Long nails making it hard to type, open things, or do skincare without stabbing yourself

... Read moreIf you’ve ever hesitated to try press-on nails, I totally get it — I was wary too, especially about how natural they’d look and how long they’d last. But finding this pink French set was a game-changer for me. The soft almond shape with a subtle edge is incredibly flattering and feels sturdy without being heavy. For anyone new to press-ons, here’s my advice from experience: Start by prepping your natural nails carefully. Filing them down a bit and pushing the cuticles back helps the press-ons stick better and look seamless. I also wiped my nails with alcohol, which I found essential for removing oils that could weaken adhesion. One common pitfall is the type of glue used. Initially, I tried the glue tabs included, thinking they’d be a gentler option, but they popped off quickly—especially with everyday activities like opening cans or putting on a hoodie. Switching to brush-on glue was a total win; it’s messier but significantly more durable. If you’re active with your hands or new to press-ons, investing in a reliable nail glue is worth it. Sizing can be tricky, especially for smaller nails like the pinky. I had to file one down slightly, but this customization helped the set look more professional and feel comfortable. Don’t be afraid to tweak sizes for the best fit. What really stands out is the color — a milky baby pink that’s not too bright or nude, paired with a thin white French tip that looks elegant rather than chunky or artificial. Unlike some sets where the tips resemble thick sharpie lines, this design is delicate and classic. Another win is the length. Medium nails mean I can still type, handle skincare, and open anything without struggling or feeling awkward. This balance is perfect if you want the glam without sacrificing practicality. Overall, I recommend these nails for anyone wanting a quick, stylish manicure that lasts about a week with proper glue. Plus, the speedy 3-day delivery was a pleasant surprise for a last-minute nail craving. If you’re eyeing a pink French press-on set, bring your own glue and give this one a shot — it might just make you as happily obsessed with your hands as I am!
