If you’re tired of conversations that get nowhere or people who play games, setting boundaries can protect your emotional energy. For people like me with adult children, balancing family life and dating requires honesty and maturity from potential partners. Also, online dating can sometimes feel repetitive and draining, especially when you encounter individuals who aren’t serious or respectful. Taking breaks, focusing on self-care, and engaging in activities that bring joy can keep you grounded. Remember, it’s never too late to find meaningful companionship. When you meet someone who shares your values and respects your time and feelings, it makes the effort worthwhile. My advice: be patient but firm, know your worth, and don’t settle for less than you deserve.
