healing from trauma

I’m currently healing through things in my past and I’m trying not to say to much about it but I just don’t feel like myself. I know that I’m getting through it. It just sucks that people don’t really get to have that one relationship with someone they really love but they don’t want to get to know you. And it’s just a sad reality that I have to accept and I deal with anxiety and depression. It’s hard bc some days I just want to bed rot but I got things to do. Sometimes I feel like I could be doing so much more in life and be successful but I know that I’m slowly getting there. It’s just goin to take some time.
