1. Enter the Chulala Hospital app / system to request HN numbers first.
2. Wait to receive the HN number (not very long, about a few days)
3. Go to the website of the Family Planning Clinic, Family Planning Clinic, Chula Hospital. There will be a Google Form to fill in and select the desired service (you have to wait for HN before filling in the form).
4. Choose a convenient time date.
5. Wait for an email confirmation appointment from the hospital. ✉️
6. If you get a queue, then go by the date of the appointment.

We feel that the procedure is not difficult, but "quite a queue."
At first, the hospital said it would make an appointment about three weeks after booking.
But in real time, the queue lasted about four weeks after booking.
Which coincidentally coincides with the time we went abroad. ✈️
Therefore have to cancel the appointment with the hospital
❌ How to cancel an appointment
Very easy
The hospital will send an email confirming our appointment date.
If it's not convenient, just reply to the email "Request to cancel the appointment."
Then the hospital will reply to Conrad that it has been canceled. 👍🏻
Overall, it feels like the system is okay. It's not complicated when booking and canceling.
