📝 Things to prepare before pressing Apply

1 passport (expiration date must be 6 months)

2 Passport page photo file (clear, non-reflective)

3. 4x6 cm straight face photo file (white background, no glasses)

🚀 Step-by-Step How to do e-Visa yourself

Step 1: Enter the official website.

Enter the web evisa.xuatnhapcanh.gov.vn (web of the Vietnamese government only)

Select the "For Foreigners" menu and press "Apply for e-Visa."

Step 2: Upload Figure & Fill In

Upload a straight face + passport face. The system will automatically retrieve the data (validate again).

Fill in Personal Information: Name, Date of Birth, Passport Number and Email (Important! Get follow-up code)

Step 3: Enter this round of travel information.

Entry / Exit Date: Specify the date of travel in and out

Allowed entry checkpoint: Select the checkpoint to fly down. This round we choose Tan Son Nhat Intl Airport (Ho Chi Minh City). ✈️

Residential address in Viet Nam: Fill in first day hotel name and address in Ho Chi Minh

Step 4: Pay & Wait for the results

Check all the data and press Submit.

Important! Don't forget to write down or cover the Registration Code screen.

Pay Pass Fee ($25 USD for Single Entry)

Approval for about 3-5 working days is fine!

💡 Tips From Us Ourselves (Round 2 Experience!)

⚠️ Free Thai Visa = 30 days. If less than 30 days, no need to request an e-visa. But if flying round-trip or staying longer than 30 days, e-visa is the answer!

⚠️ Exactly check the spelling of the name-surname + passport number! Don't even get one wrong. Last time, the boyfriend only misplaced one.
